Booking
Simply WhatsApp us at +60 13-500 1515 with your preferred villa, check-in date, check-out date, and number of guests. We'll confirm availability and send you a booking summary within a few hours.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods. Peak dates (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, year-end) can book up months ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to availability.
Most villas have a minimum stay of 1 night (approximately 24 hours). Some villas may require a 2-night minimum during peak periods. Check-in is typically at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM noon.
Physical viewings can be arranged subject to availability. WhatsApp us to schedule a visit. We also provide detailed photo galleries and can arrange a video call tour of your preferred villa.
Our standard cancellation policy:
  • Cancellation 14+ days before check-in: full deposit refund
  • Cancellation 7–13 days before check-in: 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days: deposit is non-refundable
We understand emergencies happen — contact us and we'll always do our best to accommodate date changes.
Yes. The booking contact (person we communicate with) can be different from the primary guest. Just let us know who will be the main contact on arrival so our team can coordinate check-in smoothly.

Catering is not provided directly, but we can recommend trusted caterers who regularly serve our villas. All kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering. You're welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals for your group.
Yes, all villas have high-speed broadband WiFi included at no extra charge. WiFi credentials are provided at check-in. If you experience any connectivity issues during your stay, contact our team immediately.
Extra mattresses or sleeping arrangements can be requested in advance for groups that exceed the standard bedroom count. Each villa's guest capacity listed on our website already accounts for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Additional mattresses may incur a small fee.
House Rules
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability, sometimes at an additional charge. Please inform us in advance if you need either.
Pets are not permitted at any Villa4You property. This policy exists to maintain cleanliness standards and to respect guests with allergies. We appreciate your understanding.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning surcharge will be applied if indoor smoking is detected.
We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels after 11:00 PM as our villas are in residential neighbourhoods. Music and gatherings are welcome during the day and early evening. Loud music past midnight may result in early termination of stay.
Each villa has a stated maximum guest capacity. Exceeding this number is not permitted due to safety and comfort reasons. If you're unsure which villa fits your group size, WhatsApp us and we'll recommend the best option.
Our villas are perfect for birthday celebrations, corporate retreats, family gatherings, and similar events. Please declare the nature of your event during booking. Events with external vendors (caterers, entertainers) must be approved in advance. Large-scale events may require additional documentation.
Payments & Pricing
We accept bank transfer (DuitNow / IBG) and online banking. Full payment details are provided upon booking confirmation. A receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required alongside the rental payment. The deposit amount varies by villa. It is returned in full within 3 business days after check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occurred during the stay.
All rates are per villa per night, not per person. This means the total cost is fixed regardless of whether you're 20 or 50 guests — making group bookings excellent value. Contact us for your custom quote.
Yes, weekday rates (Sunday–Thursday) are typically lower than weekend rates. Corporate and repeat customers may also be eligible for preferential rates. Ask us when you enquire for the best available pricing.
No hidden charges. Your quote from us includes the full rental fee and security deposit. Any optional extras (extra mattresses, late check-out, etc.) will be clearly communicated before you confirm. What we quote is what you pay.
