These House Rules keep every villa safe, clean and enjoyable for the next guests and respectful to the surrounding neighbourhood. They form part of our Terms & Conditions and apply to everyone in your group.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Check-out: before 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged in advance, subject to availability and possibly an additional charge. Please ask before you arrive.
Guests & occupancy
- Only the number of guests declared in your booking may stay at or visit the property. Tell us in advance if your group size changes.
- Events, parties or commercial shoots are not allowed without our prior written approval.
- The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the group.
Respect the property & neighbours
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoke only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of butts responsibly.
- Keep noise to a considerate level, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Many villas are in residential areas.
- No illegal activities, illegal substances or fireworks on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted at any Villa4You property, to protect cleanliness and guests with allergies.
Safety & care
- Do not exceed the safe capacity of pools, facilities or parking. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around water.
- Switch off appliances, air-conditioning and lights when not in use, and lock up when you leave.
- Report any damage or fault to us as soon as it happens.
Damage
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay. Repair or replacement costs are billed separately and may exceed the RM800 booking deposit. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Before you leave
- Return furniture to its original position and bag up rubbish.
- Wash up or load used dishes as directed in the villa.
- Return all keys/access cards and lock the property.
